Shipping & Return
For orders outside of Israel: shipping cost is 30 USD for orders under 200 USD and free for orders above 200 USD.
Delivery is by courier to your door. If the package is sent outside of Israel, delivery of the package takes between 5 and 15 business days from the date of order until it arrives to you. Delivery can be delayed for reasons that do not depend on us, such as custom clearance, holidays, shipping companies overload, providing wrong or incomplete address or phone when ordering and others. In any case, you can contact us if the package did not arrive within 7-8 business days and our representatives we will update you with status. email@example.com or +972-3-575-8583.
If our product does not, for any reason, meet your expectations, we will gladly accept for it to be returned and to refund you. All we ask is that the garment be in new condition, and for it not to have been washed, worn or altered. It should still have of its original tags and labels, and be accompanied by the original invoice. Claims for refunds have to be made within 14 days after you received your order. Shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please allow us up to 30 working days to process your refund after receiving the unused items, together with a completed return form including your name, invoice, contact details, email, reason for return, date and location of purchase. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified in the return form.
Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charges that may incur cannot be refunded by ABALULU.
If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact our customer service immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org, describing the nature of the problem and (when possible) enclosing a photo of the faulty item.
It is certainly possible to purchase a gift card through the website, which can be redeemed on the website. There is a gift card purchase button at the bottom of the page (or simply click here). It comes as an email code that can be entered on the site. On the website, it is important to type the code in the space provided (gift card and coupon). If the card is sent as a gift, there is room to add the recipient’s details and also to add a greeting to the lucky one 🙂
In order to use your gift card, you must enter the code on the payment page in the designated area (gift card and coupons).
